Youth congress burns effigy of AAP leader Anmol Gagan Mann
Phagwara, July 18 2021 : Activists of district youth Congress Kapurthala today burnt the effigy of Aam Aadmi Party leader Anmol Gagan Mann for her derogatory remarks against the Indian constitution.
Hundreds of workers led by district Vice President Harnoor Singh Harji Mann today said that it is grave insult of the Indian constitution which cannot be accepted. Harji Mann said that this reflects the anti-Dalit and myopic mindset of the AAP leadership as they are meting out grave insult to constitution of India written by legendary Bharat Ratna Baba Sahib Dr BR Ambedkar. He questioned Anmol Gagan that how can a constitution which has enabled her to participate in the democratic process by being an eligible voter be faulty.
The Youth Congress leader said that fault is not in the constitution but in the rotten mindset of the AAP leadership as they are able to see the leaders from weaker section outnumbering them with hard work and perseverance. Harji Mann said that such derogatory remarks against the constitution and Dr Ambedkar’s ideology are totally unwarranted and undesirable. Harji Mann also said that the youth congress workers will oppose such leaders with feudal mindset tooth and nail.
He also asked people to beware of such leaders who are hell bent upon depriving the SC community of their legitimate rights as enshrined in the constitution. He called upon people to show the door to such people and ensure that they are wiped out in the ensuing polls. He also asked the youth congress workers to expose such leaders who are hatching conspiracies to alter basic structure of constitution.
