These are basically dry grapes that are enriched with antioxidants, phytonutrients, insoluble dietary fibres, polyphenols and several other nutrients.  Raisins’ water is enriched with fructose, glucose, vitamins and minerals. It has natural sugar present in it and beneficial to our health if taken in moderate amount.

Know how to make raisin water  : 

–   To make raisin water, take some water in a pot, add some raisins and boil it for at least 20 minutes. Then keep this water in a glass overnight and drink it with empty in the morning.
