Floral tributes to Ram Murti by people from all walks of life
Jalandhar, 27 November 2021 : People from all walks of life today paid floral tributes to late Ram Murti, the father of social activist and entrepreneur Rakesh Kumar.
In rasam chautha held at Sri Satyanarayan Mandir social, political and religious leaders paid tributes to the departed soul. They described late Ram Murti as a pious soul who dedicated his entire life for service of mankind. Terming his demise as a huge loss to society they hoped that his son Rakesh Kumar will continue to serve the society by treading on path shown by his father.
Amongst those who offered their condolences included Additional Deputy Commissioner Darbara Singh, MLA Rajinder Beri, Mayor Jagdish Raj Raja, former MLA KD Bhandari, former Minister and Chairman Punjab State Technical Education Board Mohinder Singh Kay Pee, Philanthropist Rajesh Vij, Deputy Director Public Relations Manvinder Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police Surinderpal Singh, DR Cooperative Jagjit Singh, Municipal Councillors Uma Beri, Manmohan Raju, Bunty Neelkanth and Sherry Chadha, BJP leader Amarjit Singh Amri, SHO Aman Saini and others.
