Govt Hikes Re-Registration Fees for Older Vehicles
(Rajinder Kumar) NewDelhi, 22 August 2025: In a recent notification, the government has increased the fees for renewal of older vehicle registrations. According to the rules, vehicles older than 15 years can now be re-registered for up to 20 years from the date of their first registration.
Except Delhi-NCR, hike in re-registration charges will be applicable across the country.
