LEO MESSI AFTER LEAVING BARCELONA JOINS PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN
Paris Saint-Germain is delighted to announce the signing of Leo Messi on a two-year contract with an option of extending a third year.
Paris, August 11, 2021: Six-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi has joined PSG ‘Paris Saint-Germain’ on a two year deal after spending 21 years at Barcelona. Messi will have an option to extend his contract until June 2024. The 34 year old left Barcelona after failing to renew his contract due to Spanish league rules.
About joining upon his new club Messi said – “Everything about the club, matches my football ambitions.” His jersey number is expected to be no.30.
