Warriors group organises Yoga session in Jalandhar Heights

Jalandhar, 3 April 2022 : The NGO Warriors Group today organised an exclusive Yoga session for the residents of Jalandhar Heights I residential society.
Inaugurating the session Colonel Amit Gupta exhorted the people to make ‘Yoga’ as an integral part of their lives for remaining fit. He said that the Covid pandemic has taught us various lessons and the foremost of all is to take good care of our health. He said that Yoga can act as a catalyst for ensuring good health of an individual by saving him from many lifestyle diseases.
He emphasised that yoga is very essential for a fit body and sound mind. He said that since ages Yoga have been a tradition in India for a healthy and progressive life. He said that nowadays when stressful living and lifestyle diseases are posing a serious risk to the human lives, the Yoga can be very helpful in making the state disease free and healthy.
Renowned Yoga practitioner Dr Vaishalee Punj, while giving tips of Yoga during session, called upon people to spare atleast an hour for Yoga daily so that they reap benefits of a healthy life. She further emphasised that Yoga helps in maintaining mental and physical equilibrium thereby ensuring a quality life. She also lauded the NGO for organizing this yoga camp to create awareness amongst the people about ensuring good health and hygiene through Yoga. She said that it was the need of the hour to organize such camps for not only maintain good health but also de-stressing the people, who face numerous challenges every day.
Earlier, welcoming the Chief Guest President of NGO Varun Kohli, Ankur Dhuria, Nitin Puri, Davinder Saini, Anudeep Bajaj, Vikas Sharma, Ankur Sehgal, Sanjiv Ahuja, Rajinder Raja, Kamal Sehgal, Manpreet Gabba, Shamil Mainu, Sanjeev Arora, Bobby Ratan, Vishal Ghumber, SK Mishra and others apprised him about the activities being carried out by the NGO for well-being of people.
