THE OFFICER BEHIND FACELIFT OF KANJLI WETLAND FELICITATED DURING I’DAY FUNCTION
Kapurthala, 15 August 2021 : Executive Engineer of Bist Doab Canal Davinder Singh, who was the officer behind the rejuvenation of Kanjli Wet land in district, was today felicitated by Kapurthala administration during the function to mark Independence Day celebrations.
Deputy Commissioner Kapurthala Deepti Uppal and Senior Superintendent of police Harkanwalpreet Singh felicitated the XEN during the impressive function. Davinder Singh has played a key role in makeover of the kanjli wetland by ensuring proper utilization of the funds. He was also the man behind the prestigious work of relining of the Bist Doab Canal that had facilitated a number of farmers in the region. The officer had also played a key role in Covid relief work during the last year and was honored by the Jalandhar administration for it.
