Tension mounts in Phillaur as statue of Dr Ambedkar desecrated
Phillaur, 21 September 2021 : Merely hours after state got its first Dalit Chief Minister tension mounted in Phillaur town as Miscreants desecrated statue of Bharat Ratna Baba Sahib Dr BR Ambedkar in heart of city.
The miscreants broke the glasses covering the statue and desecrated the statue by throwing mud in it. Meanwhile, the Police has started investigation into the matter.
