Sidelined by Captain, Tript Bajwa’s nephew is new SSP Mohali
Chandigarh, 02 October 2021 : Senior PPS officer and nephew of Rural Development Minister Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa, Navjot Singh Mahal has been appointed as new Senior Superintendent of Police SAS Nagar Mohali.
Mahal was SSP Hoshiarpur before he was removed by earlier Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh during his tussle with Bajwa. MAhal was appointed on a relatively low lying post at PAP. However with change of guard influence of Mahal’s uncle has enhanced tremendously due to which he has got a plum posting. Meanwhile, incumbent SSP Mohali Satinder Singh has been appointed as SSP Jalandhar.
