Patialvi tadka by CM ahead of dinner to Olympians
Chandigarh, 08 September 2021 : Ahead of hosting a dinner for Olympians at his residence the Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh was seen giving Patialvi tadka to delicacies being prepared for the Olympians.
An ardent food lover Chief Minister’s platter for the players will include Patiala cuisine, pulao, lamb, chicken, aloo & Zarda rice. CM is seen preparing each of these delicacies himself to keep his promise to Punjab Olympic medal winners (& Neeraj Chopra) at the dinner he’s hosting for them today.
