Over Police action, farmers block Amritsar-Delhi highway at Rajpura
Rajpura, July 13 2021 : As a mark of protest against registration of FIR and arrest of agitating farmers after scuffle with BJP leaders on Sunday, the various farmers unions have disrupted the traffic by blocking the Amritsar-Delhi National Highway at Rajpura.
The farmers have blocked the highway at Gagan Chowk to lodge protest against the registration of FIRs and arrest of the agitating farmers. The farmers are protesting against the Police action against their Companions. It may be recalled that farmers and BjP leaders had scuffle on Sunday after which the farmers have seized the house of BJP leaders.
