NO ACTIVE ROLE OF SHILPA SHETTY IN RAJ KUNDRA’s ADULT APP CASE
Mumbai, July 23, 2021: Businessman Raj Kundra, husband of actress Shilpa Shetty is involved in the streaming of pornographic videos through an app called ‘Hotshots’, the Mumbai Police told court on Tuesday, a day after arresting him. He’s been sent to police custody till friday in the scandal involving the production of porn films.
‘Hotshots’ has now been removed from mobile platforms and both Apple and Google has removed the app due to pornographic content.
The police told the court that his involvement was exposed after the arrest of a woman, Gahna Vashist, who named the businessman’s former personal assistant Umesh Kamat. Umesh Kamat then revealed Mr. Kundra’s involvement.
Kundra has denied any involvement and has claimed that he had sold the ‘Hotshots’ app to another accused Pradip Bakshi, wanted by the police. But the police said that Kundra kept routinely updated on the finances of the app and through investigation cleared that Shilpa Shetty has no role of her in this dirty business, she was not aware of this.
Police has urged victims to come forward and speak against Raj and partners.

An hour ago, Raj Kundra left from Byculla Jail for his Court appearance.
