More than 100 Akali, Congress and BSP families join AAP at village Rampur Sunra and Bhanoki in Phagwara

Phagwara, 05 February 2022 : Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate and former Punjab Minister Joginder Singh Mann’s election campaign from Phagwara got new vigour as more than 100 families joined the party at village Rampur Sunra and Bhanoki by leaving Congress, Akali Dal and BSP.

At village Rampur Sunra, former Sarpanch Surjit Sjngh, Panchs Davinder Singh (Binder Saini) and Kashmir Chand, Tilak Raj, Mohan Singh, Jeeta, Jagdish, Harpal Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Manu Tunga, Vijay Kumar, Sodhi Singh, Gurnam Singh, Mintu and others joined the AAP by leaving Congress in presence of Mann and AAP leader Inderjeet Khalyan. These leaders hailed Mann as a true sympathiser of Phagwara residents and he is available for them round the clock.

At village Bhanoki, Jaswant Bhanoki, Ashok Kumar Kauldhar, Harjinder Singh, Manish Sharma, Jindi, Jaswant Singh and others joined AAP by saying goodbye to Congress, Akali Dal and BSP. They said that all these parties have fielded outsider candidates from Phagwara just for sake of getting power. They said that Mann had been serving them zealously from last 40 years and stands with people in every thick and thin. They said that they will vote for AAP to ensure comprehensive development of Phagwara.

Welcoming these leaders to party fold Mann and Khalyan assured them that they will be given due respect in party fold. They said that the day is not far away when AAP will form government in the state and Bhagwant Mann will be the Chief Minister of state. They said that Arvind Kejriwal’s ‘Delhi Model’ of governance will be replicated in Punjab to usher new era of unprecedented development and progress in Punjab.
