Major shot in arm of AAP as Joginder Mann joins party
Chandigarh, 15 January 2022 : In a major shot in arm of Aam Aadmi Party, the former Congress Minister and big SC face on Doaba region Joginder Singh Mann joined AAP on Friday late evening.
AAP supermo and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal along with co-incharge Raghav Chadha welcomed Mann in party fold. Mann had thrice remained MLA from Phagwara in 1985, 1992 and 2002 besides being a Minister in successive Congress governments led by Beant Singh, Harcharan Singh Brar, Rajinder Kaur Bhattal and Captain Amarinder Singh. He was annoyed over patronisation of culprits of post matric scholarship scheme by Congress and not giving District status to Phagwara.
