Kejriwal in Chandigarh on Tuesday to boost image of AAP
Chandigarh, June 28 2021 – With a view to boost the prospects of his party in ensuing hustings of the state, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will be coming to Chandigarh on June 29.
As per the sources the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo will be having deliberations with the party leaders on the occasion. He is also likely to roll out the brief agenda of his party’s strategy for the coming polls. Sources also revealed that some eminent personalities from various fields are also likely to join AAP in the presence of the Delhi Chief Minister.
Pertinently, AAP is currently the major opposition party in the state. The party is also gearing up for giving tough competition to both the Congress and Akali Dal in the upcoming polls. As Kejriwal, who is an astute, politician sees a lot of potential for party in coming polls in state so he has enhanced his frequency of visits in the state.
The Delhi Chief Minister had visited Amritsar on June 21 during which firebrand IPS officer IG Kunwar Vijay Pratap had joined the AAP. The visit of Keljriwal within a week assumes significance as lot of political upheaval is being witnessed in the state during current times.
