KANGANA TO HOST INDIAN ADAPTATION OF THE AMERICAN REALITY SHOW 'TEMPTATION ISLAND' -

Mumbai, July 16, 2021: Kangana Ranaut is constantly pushing herself and experimenting with news things, her latest outing being hosting a reality show. The actress is all set to mark her debut on an OTT platform with a thrilling reality show that bring together couples and singles to test their bond and strengthen their relationships.

A source close to the development revealed, “Kangana is going to be the host of a reality show which will premiere on an OTT platform. The show will be an Indian adaptation of the American reality show, Temptation Island and the actress has already signed on the dotted lines and is all set to kick start the shoot.”

Recently it was announced that Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been roped in for a movie that will be produced by Kangana Ranaut’s production house. Welcoming the seasoned actor, Manikarnika Films had posted on social media, “The best actor of our generation joins team Tiku weds Sheru….We are privileged to have found our Lion #TikuwedsSheru Filming begins soon.”

Kangana Ranaut is currently in Budapest shooting for her forthcoming movie ‘Dhaakad’. She essays the role of ‘Agent Agni’ in this action entertainer, which is helmed by Razneesh Ghai. On the big screen, Kangana’s next outing will be ‘Thalaivi’, which is based on the life of actor-politician Jayalalithaa. The makers had planned to release the film on April 23, 2021 but it was postponed due to the pandemic.

A source close to the production said, “We plan to release the film in August this year and only in cinema halls.” Directed by AL Vijay, ‘Thalaivi’ will be released across India in multiple languages. Apart from this, Kangana will also be seen essaying the role of an air force officer in ‘Tejas’. She will also don the director’s hat for ‘Emergency’, wherein she will essay the role of late Indira Gandhi. Kangana has also announced her plans to director ‘Manikarnika Returns: The Legend of Didda’.
