Earning million fans and ruling on thousands of hearts was not so easy. There are multi fans of this guy who was a fan himself of bollywood. Tackling all hard situations and fighting all odds has demanded a lot of sacrifice from him.<\/p>\n

This is what we all know so far about Shah Rukh Khan but there is many more behind the curtains to know and understand him. His life has been a tragedy film in itself.<\/p>\n

  1. During his struggling days before he entered showbiz, Shah Rukh Khan ran a restaurant in Dariya Ganj, Delhi.<\/li>\n
  2. The primary reason why SRK took up Mass Communications in Film Making in Jamia Milia University, Delhi was because he loved watching television commercials.<\/li>\n
  3. The actor also sold tickets at the booking window of a Mumbai theatre on the opening day of his 1994 film –\u00a0Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa,\u00a0<\/em>directed by Kundan Shah and he was paid Rs. 25,000 for that film.<\/li>\n
  4. In school, his Hindi was very poor with which his mother was not happy. So his mother made a promise to take him for a movie if he passed his Hindi exam. Teenager Shah Rukh loved watching movies, so he studied hard and began to score top marks in Hindi then onwards.<\/li>\n
  5. While we all know about SRK’s unconditional love for Delhi, not many know that he spent his childhood for a little time in Bangalore, where his grandfather worked as a chief engineer.<\/li>\n
  6. He has been a part of seven TV shows, including his TV debut, Fauji (1988). He was later seen in Circus (1989) and he also hosted popular quiz shows – Kaun Banega\u00a0 Crorepati (2007), Kya Aap Panchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? (2008) and Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout (2011).<\/li>\n

  19. In 2008, SRK was named by NEWSWEEK as one of the 50 most powerful people in the world.<\/li>\n
  20. He had 226 nominations across popular Bollywood awards and has won 207 of them. He won the best actor award 29 times.<\/li>\n
  21. In 2011, SRK became the first Indian actor to be featured in Los Angeles Times.<\/li>\n
  22. A rare species of orchid, Ascocenda Shah Rukh Khan was named after him in Singapore.<\/li>\n
