Funds were available but were being used for building healthcare infrastructure, economic recovery, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While denying the idea of ex-gratia compensation govt. further explained that the finances of central and state govt. are under enough severe strain that the further compensating of Rs. 4 lakhs would be beyond the government&#8217;s fiscal affordability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This whole incident came into existence when some people demanded justice by signing a petition for the help. After some further discussions, the court has reserved the petitions submitted by the people who have lost their loved ones amid the pandemic, for
