{"id":38505,"date":"2021-11-11T13:21:26","date_gmt":"2021-11-11T13:21:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timespunjab.com\/?p=38505"},"modified":"2021-11-11T13:27:33","modified_gmt":"2021-11-11T13:27:33","slug":"sbs-nagar-tops-in-providing-citizen-services-with-0-04-percent-pendency-rate-in-state-vishesh-sarangal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timespunjab.com\/?p=38505","title":{"rendered":"SBS NAGAR TOPS IN PROVIDING CITIZEN SERVICES WITH 0.04 PERCENT PENDENCY RATE IN STATE : VISHESH SARANGAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nawanshahr, 11 November 2021 : <\/strong>In what reflects the district administration&#8217;s commitment to providing smooth and hassle-free citizen services through Sewa Kendras, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district has secured top position in the state by ensuring 0.04 percent pendency in these services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hailing the efforts of entire team of district administration, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Vishesh Sarangal stated that Administration had achieved this target by ensuring timely disposal of applications being filed by the citizens at Sewa Kendras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The DC said that from November 11, 2020 to November 10, 2021, as many as 136274 applications were received by administration for different services at all 17 Sewa Kendras, which were disposed of by the officials in a time-bound manner. Of these applications, only 0.04 percent i.e. 61 were pending for disposal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Sarangal said that a viable mechanism had been evolved by the administration to achieve this goal through regular monitoring of pendency. He said that he personally monitored the pendency on a daily basis and ensured timely disposal of pending applications from the officers of the concerned departments.
