Jalandhar, 17 June 2021:\u00a0<\/strong>City professionals are facing problems in logging into the newly launched income tax portal. Professionals are even not able to file something. Focusing the problem, they have submitted an application to the central government.<\/p>\n

President of Jalandhar Taxation Bar Advocate Narendra Bajaj and youth C.A. Tushar Bajaj said that –\u00a0Instead of getting benefits we are facing problems in the new portal, as we can’t even log in or file something. He also mentioned that they can’t even look at previous e-return file of taxpayers. Moreover, other features are showing ‘coming soon’ option. Taxpayers are not getting chance to file their case because of which non-compliance notices have been submitted, which will lead to the taxpayers paying penalties.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Advocate Narendra Bajaj stated that – They are not able to file answers for assessment notices and are even not able to see data of previous filings on the portal. There are problems being faced in professional updation also.<\/em><\/p>\n

In addition C.A. Tushar Bajaj also told that – Professionals are facing problems in collecting foreign currencies too, as form 15CA and 15CB are not getting uploaded.<\/em><\/p>\n

Now, the government and the department needs to tie-up with the company together, as soon as possible and work on these technical issues. Otherwise, professionals and taxpayers will be the one facing consequences.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
