Khaira had met Sonia Gandhi in Delhi twice in the past month. Harish Rawat AICC General Secretary incharge of Punjab and PPCC president Sunil Jakhar were in Delhi and couldn&#8217;t attend the joining ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>After this, Capt Amarinder Singh said he
