Females participated in more numbers.<\/p>\n<p>A Trainer imparting training in yoga practices and told the participants that Yoga is a transformative practice and it represents the harmony of mind and body, the balance between thought and action, and the unity of restraint and fulfillment. He further stated that Yoga integrates the body, mind, spirit, and soul, offering a holistic approach to health and well-being that brings peace to our hectic lives.<\/p>\n<p>Refreshments were served to all the participants after the yoga session.\u00a0 Besides, gifts were given to all. Every participant was happy and enjoyed the session.<\/p>\n<p>In his message, Sanjeev Arora, MP (Rajya Sabha) and Managing Director Hampton Sky Realty Limited said, \u201cMay yoga continue to inspire
