FIR for rape against MLA Bains and six others
Ludhiana, July 12 2021 :In compliance to the orders issued by the court, Ludhiana Commissionerate Police has registered FIR against Lok Insaaf party MLA Simerjeet Singh Bains and six others.
In her complaint a lady has allegedly levelled rape charges on MLA following which the FIR has been lodged at Police Division number 6 against Bains and 6 others under section 376, 354, 354-A, 506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code.
