Demand letter from D.C. Office Employees Association to DC
- says that if the demands are not accepted then we will go on strike
Jalandhar, 27 April 2022 : Punjab State Distt. (D.C.) Office Employees Association, Jalandhar issued a memorandum to the DC of Jalandhar. D.C. in the district. As there was no action regarding the demands of the office workers, there was talk of two days pen strike on 12.05.2022 and 13.05.2022. He said that the employees of DC office were facing many difficulties due to which they were suffering from mental distress and financial loss.
Therefore, the Union demands that you, while adopting a sympathetic attitude towards the above demands, please take action on the demands up to your level by 11.05.2022 and also regarding the demands at the government level on 11.05.2022.
If no action is taken by the administration till this date then the organization will go on a two day pen strike on 13.05.2022 and on 15.05.2022 at 06.00 pm will decide on the next strategy. The district administration and the Punjab government would be responsible for any inconvenience caused to the public during this period.
