Announces financial assistance of Rs. 2 Lac for victim family and free treatment for injured
Chandigarh, 18 April 2022 : Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday expressed deep anguish and sorrow over the tragic road accident at Mahilan Chowk in Sangrur which claimed life of a girl student besides leaving three others injured.
Meanwhile, Bhagwant Mann announced financial assistance of Rs 2 lac to the victim family and directed the district administration to provide free treatment to the injured.
Sharing his heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family of the deceased girl student, the Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to give courage to them to bear this irreparable loss and grant peace to the departed soul. He also wished a speedy recovery to the injured undergoing treatment in the Civil Hospital, Sangrur.
