Abohar, 24th July 2024 : Para Cricketer & Brand Ambassador, Aryans Group of Colleges Amir Hussain Lone visited Abohar Schools. Sh. Rakesh Kumar Popli (PCS), ADC, Fazilka was the special guest on the occasion. Dr. Anshu Kataria Chairman, Aryans Group presided over the session. Swami Sherya Bharti Principal; Managing Director, Brahmrita, Brahmrishi Mission School & Rajesh Sachdeva, Principal, Govt Senior Secondary School (Boys), Maninder Singh, SHO City 1, Gagan Chugh, Director, Bombay Institute, Abohar were also present. Around 2000 students of Abohar region were addressed.
Amir thanked Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, and while addressing faculty and students, said that Believe in yourself, your abilities, and your dreams. Surround yourself with positive influences and keep moving forward. you’ll overcome any obstacle and achieve greatness.
Rakesh Popli said that he is a real example of all the determination and hard work for our youth. The majority of youth is facing drug addiction & controlling it is a major challenge. Such youth which are facing depression or stress must take motivation from Amir. He thanked Dr. Kataria for organizing the session for students.
Dr. Anshu Kataria said that Amir is inspiring millions not only in India but abroad too. Despite not having arms, he has not let his passion for cricket. For that Sachin Tendulkar & Adani Group has also honored him. For all his hard work and Aryans Group decided and announced him Brand Ambassador of Aryans.
It is to be mentioned that established in 2007, Aryans Group is running 8 different colleges including Engineering, Law, Management, Agriculture, Nursing, Pharmacy, Education, Physiotherapy etc. The group is spread over 20-acre lush green land on Chandigarh-Patiala Highway, near Chandigarh and catering over 4000 students from different parts of the country.
