After JNU, Kanpur University severs academic ties with Istanbul University of Turkey
(Rajinder Kumar) NewDelhi, 15 May 2025: Amid rising protests over Turkey’s Geopolitical stance, Kanpur University has Officially withdrawn its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Istanbul University in Turkey. By this move Kanpur University become the second Indian institution to cut ties with Istanbul University, following JNU’s decision yesterday.
